Your child's early years education is very important and as a provider we value your input and support. No one knows your child better than you and we work closely with our parents ensuring each child has the best start we can offer. It is important to use an education provider you can trust and since we opened in 1997, we here at Humpty Dumpty Pre-School have been proudly providing a first rate early years education to our children, and have done all we can to give each and every child the best possible start in life.

We provide an education that is tailored to each childs specific requirements, and we are dedicated to ensuring that your child emerges from their time with us more confident and fully prepared for the next stage of their education, having enjoyed their time here and made lots of friends.
What Ofsted Say
Ofsted visited our Bluebell Resource Centre site in March 2016, and found that:
|This provision is good|
''Staff provide a very well resourced and stimulating environment that enthuses, engages and motivates children to learn. This has a positive impact on their well-being and sense of self-esteem as they enjoy playing and exploring the environment.
The quality of teaching is consistently strong. Staff engage children in positive interactions, effectively supporting their communication and language skills. They get down to children's level, add new words into their vocabulary and support children to talk in more complex sentences.
Staff have high expectations for children's behaviour. They set clear, age appropriate boundaries and gently remind children of these throughout the day. Children feel happy and settled as they follow familiar routines. Staff give them time to process and understand when it will be time to move on to the next activity.
The manager has high expectations of staff. She carries out thorough monitoring of their practice. Staff are offered regular training to meet the child's needs and for their own professional aspirations. Staff feel valued and recognised for their hard work. They are given responsibilities for sourcing new activities and implementing them into the system''
Ofsted visited our preschool in the grounds of Brinkley Grove Primary School in December 2016 and said the following...
This provision is good
'' Staff have a good knowledge of how children learn. They provide children with a wide range of opportunities to develop their imagination and creativity. Children regularly engage in role play and build on their understanding of the world around them. They develop their independence in creating their own stories and artwork.
Children form close, caring bonds with their Key Person, other staff and each other. Staff provide a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy and secure. Children learn to share, have good manners and form good social skills.
The manager closely checks all children's individual progress and regularly monitors the progress that groups of children are making. She uses this information effectively to identify any gaps and then takes prompt action to address these. Outcomes for all children continue to improve.
Staff form successful partnerships with parents and liaise with them regularly about the progress their children are making. Staff welcome parents views and incorporate them into assessment of children's development. Parents are effectively supported to extend their children's learning at home''
